Who we are
The Disability Resource Centre is a registered charity (Charity No 1078016) and covers the whole of the North Wales area from its base in Bodelwyddan Denbighshire providing mobility aids, equipment and services for people with disabilities, sensory impairments and chronic conditions.
North Wales Coast
Sometimes it makes more sense and it is cost effective to hire equipment rather than buying. For example, you might only need equipment for a week or two to help you recover after a hospital stay or illness.
Service & Repair
All equipment and disability aids will need aftercare maintenance or parts replaced from time to time. We recommend that equipment is serviced every 12 months to maintain optimum working levels.
Sometimes it makes sense to talk about your mobility needs at home. For instance, understanding the layout of your home helps us give better advice about choices.
Mobility aids and equipment should be expertly matched to suit your needs and capabilities, and you should be able to try and test equipment before buying.
We are conveniently situated adjacent to Glan Clwyd Hospital and we operate a no-obligation, pressure free policy to help you with your decisions.
We stock all Paul Hartman incontinence products and a variety of hygiene products.
As you turn into Glan Clwyd Hospital, turn left into the car park opposite Accident & Emergency – our mobility shop is at the end of the car park.

Thank you Gareth + team for going an extra mile and giving my husband back his wings (or is it wheels?) by sorting the battery and wonderfully servicing his scooter. You certainly walk your talk (as per what it says on the tin) 🙂
I'm so impressed by the commitment of DRC staff to come up with the right solution to meet the challenges thrown up by my disability.
